Substitute plans – Fr 02 and Fr 04

Fr 02 – see this link to review how to make ER, IR and RE verbs in passe compose.  COPY the irregular verb chart, the meaning and the past participle, into your notebook.  Write three examples of passe compose sentences under the chart. https://www.laits.utexas.edu/tex/gr/tap2.html

Fr 04 – Test tomorrow on vocabulary list, Chapter 4:

  1. Use the reading packets on the table by the windows to read and study (in a wire basket, Ch 4 Les Chiens Olympiques).  Use the packets with stories, not the workbook packet with band dessines.
  2. Choose one long story to read with a partner  — look for vocabulary words.
  3. Post here on this blog (click « Leave a Comment »)  — type your response: send me three questions in the response window that can be answered directly in the story you choose to read. (include your name and your partner’s name, and the story you read – page number –  in post with your 3 questions)

Fr 04 Duolinguo

Your French class is going to use Duolingo at school. These are the instructions to join Period 5 and 7 French 03!

If you are on a computer, go here:

If you are on a smartphone or tablet:
1. Download the Duolingo app and open it up.
2. Press Get Started. Then select French.
3. Set your Daily Goal and continue (you can change this later).
4. Create a Profile:
On Android, press the menu icon at the top right corner and press Create a Profile.
On iOS, press Profile in the top left corner and press Create a Profile.
5. Type in your Name, Email and Password, then press Create.
6. Go to your Profile and press Progress Sharing. 7. Type in your Classroom Code: ZWDZPB
8. Press Join Class.
